Personal Chef

There is confusion between the functions of a Personal Chef and the Chef or Cook at home. There are actually subtle differences between the roles. I assist you on an ongoing basis, in the short or long term; I follow you on your travels; I take care of your diet and all your nutrition needs, including those of your family and any guests. 

Organization of events

Public or private, rely on my skills to organize a unique event. Theme parties, corporate events, ceremonies are planned down to the smallest detail and where necessary I make use of the support of qualified personnel: waiters, barmen, sommelier, Dj Set, children's entertainer, florist, photographer, videomaker, balloon artist.

Passion for Pizza

Pizza evolves and with it the need to obtain lighter and lighter doughs with refined recipes and ingredients. The correct combination requires in-depth studies of the raw material and cooking methods. Many Championships in which I attended as a judge; today, the presence of a Chef on the jury proves necessary to discuss or offer advice on the matter. I love to create new combinations of tastes because pizza is my passion. Do you need advice? Call me!! 

Chef at Home

For two or more you live together, you will no longer have to worry about shopping, cooking and putting everything back in order. My service is customized to meet all your culinary needs. I will carry out a cognitive inspection at your home, you will tell me about your project and I will elaborate an ad hoc menu for you and your cohabitants with a free estimate.

Show cooking

Offering a cooking show to your guests is very trendy. It can be at home (dinners, parties, receptions), in a restaurant (to promote your place), during themed events (to advertise products and services), congresses or company meetings. It is possible to rent an APE PIZZA with Master Pizzaiolo to offer pizzas to your guests' wallet.

Consulting

They are aimed at start-ups or companies already operating in the catering sector. After an initial analysis, I provide in a clear and detailed way the guidelines to be adopted for a correct management of the activity, with training within the company itself. In step with the times, I provide professional advice and training  personalized, in the field of cooking (study of raw materials, menus, cooking techniques, etc.), and staff training, also in terms of HACCP hygiene and safety rules.
